DELIVERY & RETURNS


ORDER PROCESSING

Our products are made-to-order. Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days and we will send you a confirmation email detailing the approximate production time. Production time is dependent on the warehouse schedule. For smaller items such as bedside tables, the estimated production time is 3-5 weeks, for larger items such as wardrobes or headboards, the estimated production time is 4-6 weeks. Close to the production finish date, we will get in contact with you in regards of the shipping date of your chosen products. If for any reason the production time is extended, we will get in contact with you straight away.

Bespoke Furniture: For bespoke furniture, please contact production@mrandmrsward.nz and we will advise accordingly.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

The rates set out below are per cubic metre and exclude rural delivery. To get a confirmed cost, please go to the checkout on our website with your selected items in the cart. The shipping cost will be displayed on your order before proceeding to payment.

Bespoke Furniture: For bespoke furniture, please contact production@mrandmrsward.nz and we will advise accordingly.

 

RURAL DELIVERY

If you are interested in getting one of our products delivered to a rural address, extra charges may apply. Please get in contact with us at production@mrandmrsward.nz and we will give you more details and answer any questions.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

As we are a New Zealand based company, we do not deliver internationally, however are always up for the challenge! If you have any further questions or enquiries about this, please get in contact with us at production@mrandmrsward.nz

RETURNS POLICY

At Mr and Mrs Ward we want to ensure that you love your purchase and are happy with the quality and fit. If you feel that the product is faulty, please get in contact with us at production@mrandmrsward.nz within 7 days of receiving your product and we will try resolve any issues. Unfortunately, if you have changed your mind about the product, or ordered the wrong size or colour, we will not accept exchanges or refunds.

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you consider that an item that you have purchased is faulty, please get in contact with us at production@mrandmrsward.nz. We will respond to you within 1-2 working days. If an item is deemed to be faulty by the team, we will either repair or replace the item, depending on the circumstances.

We are not responsible for any fault that may have arisen due to your use, care or wear and tear off the product. If you have used the item in a way, or to an extent, that a reasonable consumer would not have used the item, this includes failure to follow care instructions, we will not be responsible. If we find that the fault has occurred due to your mishandle or care of the product, we are not responsible for this and any costs involved for returning the item and sending it back will not be our responsibility. All products will come with a care and maintenance instructions. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.

The customer also assumes full liability for losses or damages resulting from shipping as well as all responsibility to pursue remuneration for such issues with their selected carrier.
